Try using a Proxy server. A proxy server is a website that acts as kind of a disguiser for your web browsing it makes it look like you're going to a different site than you really are so that web blockers can't pick up on it.
they're are a ton of proxy servers just use google to search for one that works for you.
First, there is a simple way and it will rely upon how your school?s privacy settings are set up. If they set up the settings with net Explorer, then there?s a good chance that they won?t effect you if you use different web browser. You can use Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or another net browser and you could be able to access Myspace, Facebook, Hi5, and lots of other sites that were blocked when you used web explorer. This is the simplest way to unblock myspace, so try it first. When this doesn?t work, then you know your personal computer folks are good and they have blocked it regardless of which browser you use. There?s another way, though. Second, you can use what is called a proxy web server. This is basically a site that is set up to act like the face for your perusing. When you go to an internet site through a proxy web server you are essentially not using your school?s servers so you won?t be blocked from viewing a site the college has blocked. This is the best way to find a way around the block and use Myspace and other sites in school.
Your email is blocked? I feel really bad 4 u.. im my school's comp. bc my brothers' on the family one :) search "access blocked." here are some web.s that might work for you. tunneldirect.com ...and willowface.com
Sorry, but only the schools system admin change these settings. their is no legal way you can do this. Except getting your friends parents, your friends, other school members, and their parents to sign a petition about making it where the students at your school can view that site.
for more information on what a petition is, do some research, ask some teachers if they would help back you. Come up with some very good ideas and reasons why students at your school should be able to view myspace.
it may or may not change anything, but if you get enough people, and you do it the correct way anything is possible.
Sorry but you cannot bypass the firewall and/or router rules which have been put in place at your school.
The schools IT department is monitoring all network traffic and any IP packets which have either the IP address or DNS name of Myspace are blocked from incoming packets or outgoing requests.
There is NO way possible to bypass this protection mechanism. The school is doing this for several reasons.
1. Myspace is considered a huge time waster. 2. Hackers have now figured out several ways to exploit holes in Myspace security and browser security to include malware and malicous files imbedded into what appear to be harmless pictures, apps, emoticons, etc. 3. You should be doing your classwork and not surfing your Myspace page during class, do this at home.
Sorry it is not the answer you wanted to hear, but there is no getting past it.
