I am not able to get sound from my pc even i dont have any information

Please be informed that any Driver software depends upon the PC make, Motherboard type and Operating System. You need to know all the three information's to do get going.

Please find the Driver software's of your Audio and video inside the installation disk provided with the PC at the time of purchase. As you have not mentioned your PC make I am unable to give you the direct download link. However you can download the same by visiting the website of the company that manufactured the PC.

Even here you need to be careful to download the correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the PC make and Model number and the OS that you are using.

To install just Double clock on the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish' option and restart the PC.

Try to reinstall the driver for your Sound Card.

Click on below link, then choose step 1 option (Download driver & Softwares) and click on Start Detection after that page automatically will be change then you click on "Continue". It will be detect your sound driver automatically.

You can get the motherboard information by forcing a keyboard error. Before starting up your PC, remove the keyboard. On default system setups, this will prompt a keyboard error and display your mobo/BIOS information long enough for you to write it down.

You can search the internet for your owner's manual with this.
