Question about Canon Pixma MP500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I scaned two pages, when I try to scan the third one... it crops the document and doesn't do it any more... I turned it off. Start it on and nothing change... it doesn't scan
If the power led not glows then check the power line and adapter.
If glows, open the scanner lid, press the scan button see the scan light (the lengthy tube) is on and the scanning part is moving.
The high resolution selection may some time hang the system.
Look in the task manager whether the scanner is working.
Reinstall the scanner.
