If you are opening a YahooMail(YM) account for the first time, you will need to register first and you will be the one to create the password. Make it something you can remember easily.
Then each time you go to Yahoo website, click on the mail link or go to mail.yahoo.com to supply you Username and that password you created in the appropriate tabs. You will be live in your email box!
If that was not the problem then here is another solution:
It seems this particular email address is important to you. But here is something you should know: YahooMail(YM) has undergone several updates in the past 12months. Each of these times they ask for update of personal profile. You probably missed out on all of that.
Now if you have not accessed your YM for along time and you still remember your User Name, then request for the password to an alternate email id you hopefully had provided.
If you did not provide and alternate email Id, there is no way you can gain access to this very email Id.
You need to check your video settings in Yahoo Messenger. If you look at the video settings in MSN you should see your webcam listed as the active device. Now check in YM, is the camera listed? If not can you select it from a drop-down?
i have a logitech webcam. it doesnt work. I can see myself and i can see my "cousin" on her webcam. But she can't see me. Whats wrong??? She says that on her computer it says that my webcam is not connected. but it is!!!!
check out ur audio driver in device manager look for update.
you can update in device manager but sometimes(more often than not) get reply latest driver installed.
well the latest driver isnt always the best.
if this the case download a driver from hp site .if driver still no better or worse;you can roll back driver in device mannager to previous one.
could try update codecs (encode/decode) as different codecs have different compression ratio's.
