Every thing is connected hppsc printer have put new inks in but it will only work form manualbut now has a queu waiting to print from computer can you halp or should i remove and re-install please advise thank you

Chekc your cable pc to printer.
check in printer properties that option button is true on print directly to yhe printer.
if pro stiil remains install printer driver again.

Hp office jetpro 8600 will not print


Basic things to try: -you could start by clicking on devices and printers button on MS start sphere - click on your installed printer right click on "see whats printing and see if any documents are queued in printer - cancel them if there are.


have you checked your ink levels - have you checked ink cartridges are okay (genuine) cartridges if you have just changed them. Is there plastic strips on ink cartridges if new?

have you checked all connections to make sure all peripherals are connected okay.

Have you tried restarting your computer. Have you checked nothing is jammed either in paper tray or inside printer. Is there an error message on the printer console?

Some troubleshooting tips:
  • Right click the printer icon in your icon tray to clear any queued items
  • Go to your printers in the control panel and make sure that the Epson is the default printer
  • Unplug the printer and plug it back in to reset it
  • Push the blinking light/Start/On button on the printer, sometimes printer lights blink after they have received new paper and are waiting for you to "authorize"
  • Open the printer and check for jams
  • Re-insert the printer ink cartridges and close the printer

The power button on my hp deskjet 3845 is flashing & not responding to pending print jobs. help


it is possible that the printer as a ink issue or thinks it has a paperjam, another thing that can happen is that the print sent to the printer become corrupt locking the printer in a "i dont know what to do" state.

try to run a test print through the printer using the internal test, this is normmaly done by holding down the power button till the power light blinks it should then spit out a print (do this while unplugged form the computer)
**for full test print instructions refer to user manual)

if the driver has become corrupted it also will send damaged print information to the printer
if the test print works fine than you may need to delete all your queued jobs and then run a WINDOWS TEST PRINT form the driver. if this still does not work reinstall the drivers of the printer
(providing the printer will run an internal print)

Hello there,

Has this printer been working fine previously with your computer? If the printer is new, you should install the correct driver compatible for your computer's OS.

Make sure the printer is properly connected to the computer and that it gives you a steady green led light. If you think the print jobs are being queued, then you can Shutdown your printer along with the computer and unplug the printer's cable. Wait for like 5 minutes before restarting them. This should clear the memory and you can initiate another print job.

Cannot print from computer. printer will print test pages, though


How the printer is connected to PC Via USB or using Network Cable. If it is connected Netwrok cable than printer configuration page and on netwrok configuration there will be IP Address if this is valid IP Address than reinstall drivers and upgrade the Firmware of the printer.

If Printer is connected USB than try different USB Cable and try different USB Port on the computer
If USB port on the computer is working fine and check in Device Manager if the printer has detected as unknown device or not detected at all.
If detected as unknown device than reinstall printer driver if not detected at all than USB Port on the printer is faulty you need to set up hardware repair of the printer.

Check your usb cable works fine.
check your computer usb ports are works fine.
Try with usb prots 1 by 1.
Also uninstall driver then reinstall.

Epson Stylus C88 puts the job in the queu and doesn't print


Have you tried running an independent printer check - see

If the printer prints the test page OK, it means the problem is with the computer. If it were a PC, I would uninstall, reboot and then re-install the driver software. Maybe this will work with a Mac?

We just attached the macbook to the hppsc 1350v all in one printer and new print cartridges. When attempting to print, message reads"color print cartridge not compatible with this printer". We know we have...


Hi,

Just to confirm pls:
1. the new print cartridges are original HP inks;
2. you have remove the bright pink tape from the ink cartridges;
3. the black is on the right side and the color is on the left side.

You can try removing both cartridges and clean the gold colored contacts where the pink tape was. Pls do the same to the mate pins in the cartridge holder in the printer.

Try again. If this does not be corrective, you may need to change inks again.

Please check the following items:
Check item 1:
The cable may not be securely connected between a printer and a computer, or be about to be unconnected.
Check that the cable is securely inserted into the ports of the printer and the computer respectively.
If a USB hub is used, connect the printer and the computer directly.

Check item 2:
Print jobs may be queued.
