My computer crashed when downloading an upgrade of Paint shop Pro I want my money refunded

Why are you asking for a refund here? you should somehow call the software developer for that...
here is the link of the developers
and by the way.. does it always crash everytime you start the program? because maybe its better you uninstall it and install it back again to use it or use a real program for photo edition like photoshop or a free choice like GIMP or paint.net

You probably just need to install some fresh RealTek drivers. Normally, Windows Update should address this problem but if it doesn't then you can find the drivers you need here:

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/

And choose the High Definition Audio drivers for 64 bits Windows 7.

did this software come bundled with your PC new? If so contact Dell for replacement disc, otherwise I would suggest try downloading the free trial version @ www.jasc.com/products/trialreg.asp?pid=k-psp8-usdir

its possible that in your printing preferences you have black and white selected. you can also try reinstalling the drivers for your printers, first uninstall them and then install the drivers again preferably newest drivers from the makers website.

I have downloaded corel paint shop pro x2 but when I click on the icon nothing happens. I know I have loaded it because it is in my programs list and does occaisonally work. what is going on


Probably an error that occured during installation. What you need to do is uninstall it, reboot the computer, then install a fresh copy.

The installer you've downloaded may also have been slightly corrupted, that's why its didn't install properly in the first place.

If problem still persists, then I suggest you download the entire installer again.
