It seems difficult to find spare parts. I would search for any used light damage or e-bay.

No heat in hostess trolley

Probability of the heating elements in ceramic plate and oven going bad at same time is really low. One of your 115 volt lines is not getting power to the plate nor the oven element which needs 230 volts (both 115 volt lines)..

Is the pull drawer just below the oven for storage only

They were originally sold as 'plate warming drawers' but have evolved as storage. There is no heating element in there, they just warm up from radiant heat from the base of the oven.

The hot warning light on my rangemaster110 warming plate has stopped working but the warming plate still works fine

Two possibilities, either the bulb has failed, or the temperature sensor in the top has failed. Neither is likely to be an easy or cheap replacement.

Every time we turn on the glass plate warmer, there is a "pop" sound and the circuit breaker trips in the outside fuse box.

The glass plate warmer element is faulty and short circuits every time you turn it on. The 'pop' you hear is the active short circuiting to earth. It needs replacing.

Warmer lights up but not getting hot - Rangemaster Toledo XT

Hi Sally

I havd exactly the same problem. I contacted Rangemaster/Aga support line (0845 603 5312 if in warranty, 0870 789 5107 if not) and they told me the heating element was shot.

My cooker is 2 1/2 years old, so out of warranty, but they were good enough to send me a new cooker top (top left hand side only of course) free of charge!!!, I just have to get it fitted.

You have to replace the whole left hand side of the cooker top too - the burner that the wok goes on!

Good luck

Faulty plate warmer on rangemaster 110 dual fuel

We have the same problem on a Rangemaster Toledo 110. It is not a fuse.
The 'Hot' light still comes on because that is a different (parallel) circuit.
Examination by a competent electrician has found that the soldering for the wires that power the warming metal strip under the glass is faulty. You will have to ask for a replacement part.
There may be a design flaw, so you might want to enquire about the professional all gas burner top and just use the griddle as a warming plate over the second wok burner.

Good luck.
