cd is stuck in 6-disc cd player in 2002 Ford Explorer. Won't eject, play or load .

Sony CDX-757MX 10-Disc CD/MP3 Changer. The tray is not coming out the holder / Box. Not reading the CD. The local authorized center opened the tray out and of the opinion that the card is not working may need replacement. There was no problem at all before the tray was suddenly struck off in the holder. How can the problem be rectified and whom to contact in INDIA (Near Kolkata region.

Try to disconnect battery contacts and connect it back. Check also if there is an emergency opening device. In some model you have a pin hole underneath the cd tray. push a staple tip inside the hole, and this will release the cd.
If the tray still does not open, you may need to have a repairman opening your stereo at your local service point.
