Go to contacts--------->select Options----> SIM contacts -------> SIM directory to open the SIM directory.

-------->Mark the contacts you want to copy, or select Mark all to copy all contacts.
Select Options --------> Copy to Contacts.

Most likely you have put a pin code on this phone. This code is stored in the SIM card and when you power up the phone it asks for a pin code before you can operate the phone.
In some cases when you enter the wrong pin code too many times the SIM card will lock up. You need to contact the phone service provider for assistance to unlock/remove the pin code.

Use this generated mastercode 4130362410, input the code when prompted for an unlock code. Do this when you are prompted for the unlock code, you can now go ahead and input your new code and make sure you write it down somewhere so you don't forget.

I would try the unlock again, it sounds like the unlock was unsuccessful otherwise it would have allowed you to use the other sim cards.
