Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Dear Computer Gods (wherever you are)
The other day when my iPod screen when WHITE and wouldn't start up after 2 days of wall charging, a guy at a computer shop just pressed a couple of buttons on it and VOILA I had everything back! BUT HE WOULD NOT TELL ME HIS BUTTON-PUSHING SEQUENCE. If anyone knows it I'd be most grateful if you'd e-mail me at email@example.com so I can do it MYSELF if my iPod goes white and silent again! THANKS SO MUCH! Mymm P.S. Please keep it simple for a VERY lo-tech, but music loving type! Thanks

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
