When printing an error "13" appear. what is the cause of the error and what could be the posiible solution. pls advise. thanks

Its a paper jam error. Check your printer properly, even a tiny piece of paper can make it to give error 13.

No paper

give one paper per feed and try.

it must detect the paper.

if the paper is getting pulled in one side it must be OK with sensor.

just a proper cleaning work may be required

Hi. I HAVE A PIXMA mp272 WHICH WILL NOT FEED PAPER THROUGH.It appears to jam or stick in the centre then the paper partly feeds sideways but will not feed through. Please advise what to do... Thanks...

Hello,
this seems like that inside paper path is foreign material. Remove all inks and take printer, flip it upside down and shake it maybe it will fall out. If not, the printer needs to be dismantled, so take it to the service!

Hi the paper feed pulls the paper into the printer with a snatch type action and on one side of the paper causing it to jam ? the printer is a epson DX5000/CX4900 series.

***hi there,il be willing to help you on that. ****
there is a great possibility that the rollers of the printer is having an issue. but try there steps first , do a self test on the printer, run a blank sheet of paper, if it jammed, that means the printer itself is broken
put plain paper in the sheet feeder, then press the start button. if it jammed, remove the paper jam and try again.
***if my troubleshooting steps are helpful, pls vote for me, i will appreciate it, so that I can be a part of fixya, thanks, Godbless****

FUSER TROUBLE HL 2040

This is a paper jamb problem. There is a piece of torn paper stuck in the paper path that is stopping the printed page from exiting properly.

Wrong adjustment using epson LQ-2180

Check to see if the pinch roller is set for standard sheet feeding the printer must feed by the tractor feed only.Does the paper get damaged when you try to feed or reset the page beginning, What we are looking for is a piece of one of the sheets loged in the pinch roller. Also check the pressure adjuster on the right side if you are not using multiple copie printing it should be set to medium . Let me know what you found... Be mucho blessed... Mark
