Hi, I think you key pad device damage or may be software problem. So first of all checking device good Nokia engineer. If your mobile keypad then change keypad or used touch mobile then device problem. Thanks.
If this procedure doesn't work and you have replaced the battery then your keypad has failed.
Locate
the smart/learn button on the rear of the motor unit near where all
those white wires go. Press and immediately release this and then
walk over to the keypad and key in any 4 digit code you like and
press enter.
u need to change the key pad until then it wont work.
two keypad IC's under the keypad and next to the keypad connector
unfortunately all the keypad points are linked to the IC's and so even
if one key doesn't work it is related to these IC"s in question UNLESS
the keypad connector is dirty or sticky please do service your phone or
take it to a reliable technician
open the front key face by placing a card on the side of the phone. careful not to poke it harder as there are some chips inside the front slide. once it is open, clean it or try to adjust the keypad face then place it back. If problem still exist, bring it to the mobile center for repair.
It must be dissassembed
Clean both surfaces (pad bottom surface and board up surface so they would have good contact) with alcohol solution liquid sweep and let them be dry. Next assemble it again and test it.
if START KEY persit not working even if it is clean, a small leaf of aluminium must be stuck at the pad bottom of START KEY.
Be sure you can carry out this procedure well done otherwise you 'll need to buy another keypad.

Hi, there is your mobile dialing fault there may be inner keypad is demages. so if you can chang it, pl chang and check it. For ur second problem is phone not go on when fully discharges, at this time you have to put your mobile under charging for three or four hour, dont worry when u put mobile in charging mobile will not shows charging but there is a charging is on in mobile after one hour mobile will shows charging automatically. ok. test this and pl.reply earliest.

Make is software if ur phone key are working on wrong function. if not ok then change the key pad ic (both)even not ok then its prob from CUP check might be possible that when u press the button with speed ur mobile goes on restart then its prob from CPU.
