Hello; your water valve is bad, it;s a dual valve located in the back where the water line comes in to the unit. this is a non-serviceable item and must ne replaced. you can do it yourself, just order the part from your local appliance parts store,(you'll need model, and brand name when ordering.)

Why is the water dispenser constantly dripping?

If the water is coming from the water dispenser itself then most likely you have a water valve that bis going bad and it will only get worse.

Frigidaire water dispenser drips constantly. I have been told there is a main water valve and a second valve for the water dispenser. Where is it and how to replace?

if you are referring to the cold water on the door , then there is a solenoid valve on the bottom back left side of fridge, you will see two there , one is for ice maker and one is for water on door , most times it's a good idea to replace both of them , also there should be a filter inside fridge on bottom middle (cartridge) this should be changed monthly to maintain fresh taste and keep foreign objects out of tubes

Water dispenser drips after use but doesn't shut off completely and drips constantly.

Most likely the water inlet regulator (water valve) is faulty (like a leaky faucet) need to replace the water valve.

On our GE refrigerator, water leaks out of the bottom of the frame for the water/ice dispenser and down the front of the freezer side door. What could be causing this?

Did you just recently change your water filter? you need to flush 3 gallons of water out of it when changing the filter. if there is air in the line it'll drip constantly. If your ice door isnt closing all the way and properly sealing that also could be a source of water dripping. do you have a low of "Snowy" frost inside your freezer door at the ice dispenser shute?

Water is constantly driping from the dispenser area

Water dripping from a water dispenser is caused by a leaky water inlet valve which is on the back where the water supply is connected. It needs to be replaced.

Water dispenser in the freezer door has a constant slow drip, how do I fix it?

You will need to replace the water valve. It is located in the back rear of refrigerator. If it is leaking by then you will see drip. Before you replace valve make sure the water pressure of water supply is proper. The valves will not seal properly without proper pressure.

I would suggest that you get a certified person to come out and look at it you very well could have bent the doors in the move.

but... if you want to do it yourself.

for your drip:
Flush air from the water system the first time it is used and after replacing the filter. Air trapped in the water line or filter may slowly travel through the coiled water reservoir to the dispenser, pushing any water ahead of it. This can cause the dispenser to drip. Water needs to completely fill the lines for all air to be cleared.
  • Use a sturdy container to press and hold the water dispenser bar for 5 seconds, then release it for 5 seconds. Repeat until the water begins to flow. Once the water begins to flow, continue pressing and releasing the dispenser bar (5 seconds on, 5 seconds off) for an additional 2 minutes. Repeat if dripping starts again because air can re-enter from the water supply.
  • As air is cleared from the system, water may spurt from the water dispenser.
  • Make sure the refrigerator is connected to a cold water supply.
One or two drops of water immediately after dispensing is normal. It may be necessary to hold the container under the dispenser for 2 to 3 seconds after releasing the dispenser lever.
