Washing Machine Fuse Keeps Blowing Off !!

I have a Whirlpool W/Mc - front loading type. Recently, i found the fuse (13 ~ 15 Amps) keeps blowing off when the timer rotating knob gets to a perticular position. Until then the water suction pump works normally to fill the drum to the required level, the drum rotates too & fro with normal operation, the timer motor also keeps operating until the knob rotates to a perticular position. What could be the reason for this overload?? I have checked for any mechanical frictions in the rotation of the water suction pump, main motor rotating the drum and the drain pump - which were all found to be normal and free.
Could i get a solution please??
Kind Regards,

Our whirlpool awm5145/5 washing machine is blowing fuses where it's plugged in usually and it won't work in the plugs on the same wall but when we plug it in a different wall it will work fine?

This sounds like an overload from the Ring circuit house wiring...Most rings here in u.k. are 32 amp.this should be okay for small oven /Micowave/ kettle / if the washing machine is running at 3000watts or 12 amps and a kettle is also the same total load is 24 amps.....If the machine blows the breaker/or fuse on its own I suggest looking at the wiring on the supply socket or better still contact an Electrician......

My washing machine keeps shutting down and blowing a fuse.

You must have a short circuit ,try disconnecting things start with the heater element, disconnect one wire see if it still try motor plug, until the fault clears at least this tells you what the problem part is.....

hi, make sure you are using a time delay fuse and not a regular fuse. this may be the reason why the fuse keeps blowing out on your dryer.

Fuse keeps blowing

This is probably a water heater problem  Try operating on the lowest temp  eg.15C If it goes through the cycle then its more than likely your water heater  You will need a refit

Fuse keeps blowing out in my maytag washing machine

the power surge probably shorted out something in the main wire harness or fried your motor. remove the screws from the control panel and look for any wires that are discolored, charred or disconnected. in the event you do't find it there trace the wiring thru the cabinet looking for the same thing. if you don't find that, replace the motor
