Question about Logitech FreePulse Wireless Consumer Headphones

The Headsets wont power on.

I have had the headsets for 3 months and the headsets wont power on. But i hear it comes with a 2 year warranty but i can't get a hold of the number that works? Can you help me please?

You might try the troubleshooting link first but on the Right Upper side of the page is a Phone contact link which goes to here.

These numbers are valid.

Not sure why you couldn't find it, site seems to be easy to navigate. Maybe it was down at the time. Please post again if there is more needed to help.

I'm sorry, but all indications are that your headset has gone to the big tech house in the sky (it's living impaired). If it's still within the warranty period (1 year), take it back to your retailer for warranty replacement or call Plantronics directly for assistance (800-544-4660 x5 x5538). K100 not charging or responding


Here is something you can try. If you're still having problems and it's less than a year old, return it to your retailer for warranty replacement or call Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty service.

K100 Speakerphone: How to Perform a System Reset
1) Push and Hold the On/Off button and, without letting go, insert the charger.
2) Let go of the button as soon as you see a steady light on the speakerphone.
3) Unplug the charger.
4) Wait 2 seconds and turn the speakerphone on again.

Bluetooth wont charge or power on. when charging the red light comes on. once disconnected from charger it wont come on


Indicator Lights:
1.Headset Status Headset Indicator Light
2.Powering on Steady blue, then intermittent flashes
(changes to standby mode)
3.Powering off Red appears and goes off
4.Standby Blue intermittent flashes
5.Charging battery Red solid light. Light indicator turns off when
battery is fully charged and headset is off.
6.Low battery Triple red flashes
7.Pairing mode Blue/red alternating flashes
8.Missed call Purple flashes. Press the call control button
to cancel flashing light.
9.Incoming call Triple blue flashes when ringing.
Power on and off:
1.Turn on the headset Press and hold the call control button until the
indicator glows blue. You will hear ascending
tones.
2.Turn off the headset Press and hold the call control button until the
indicator glows red. You will hear descending
tones. When power is off, indicator stays off.
If none of this is helpful then it may be that your battery is dead, if that is the case then you will need to replace the whole headset. The battery's are not replaceable.

I only hear out of one on one side


It could be that the speaker went out, they have a one year warranty from Plantronics and they will replace it with in the warranty period. You can call Plantronics directly at 800-544-4660 ext 5538 or use the online warranty service at the link below.

I now have 2 Voyager Pro+ wireless ear pieces that have quit working within 2 months of activation. No LED light at all when hitting the on/off switch, when power is plugged in no LED on one, I get an LED...


If the units were just purchased I would suggest having them replaced by Plantronics. The Voyager Pro+ has a one year warranty through Plantronics. The link below is for Plantronics online replacement form.

Plantronics M175 headset makes crackling noises when speaking with it on and is not loud and clear.


The 2.5mm jack on your phone, that the M175C plugs into, is more than likely causing you the problem. The phone manufacturers do not dedicate a lot of power to the 2.5mm jack, so sometimes people have a hard time hearing you or you hearing them. If you are using a cordless phone, you could use a Plantronics CS55H wireless headset. This headset is intended for only one phone line, not multiple lines. The CS55H's TR1 plugs directly into the wall jack instead of your cordless phone. This eliminates using the 2.5mm jack on the handset that is causing you problems. The headset come with a one year warranty.

I bought the plantronics voyager pro bluetooth headset two months ago and now it's dead. It's been working great for two months. When it's plugged into the wall for charging the red light is illuminated....


One thing you can try is to power down and then power the headset back up. The instructions are on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro, particularly the page "Listen To The Voice."

You want to make sure that both your speaker and microphone are your default device. Go to the Sounds & Audio Devices in the control panel of your computer to confirm that. If it's still not working, contact Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty service (they have a 1 year warranty).

It could be that your headset is stuck in the off position. Try following these instructions:

Press the control button for 2 seconds to power on. Press the control button for 3 seconds to power off.
