i put a disk in to download a game or printer and i get a error page saying insert disk or can not find disk and the disk is already in.

your cd-rom drive lens might be weak or damage.however,

try to perform a manual lens clean-up or give it to a local pc technician to do them for you.

if it persist,replace your cd-rom drive with a new one
