Error 2111 on camera VPC-S750 - Cameras

    lens error 2111 on sanyo VPC S750

    When I try to zoom in fully with my Sanyo VPC-S750 digital camera the LCD reads lens error 2111 and shuts itself off automatically. What does this mean?

Everytime I switch the battery i turn it on and either a red light flashes for a couple of minutes or it will turn on then just turn back off?? Why

On my Casio Ddigital Camera the lens comes out when I press the open button but then it shows LENS ERROR and shuts down again.
Please advise what the problem could be.

Most digital cameras has an energy saving feature where it will power down if the camera is not used in a certain period of time. This interval can be set in the cameras settings.

Lens it stuck out Sayno Camera
try these:-
  • connect it to pc and on it
  • vaccum the barrel of lens
  • changing mem. card and batt. for 2min.
  • shake it.
  • on and off in different positions
  • hit the part near lens softly with palm (trust me this made mine work)

Error 2111 on camera VPC-S750 when i try to zoom in it says lens error 2111 and shuts off. the lens does not close when i turn my camera off.

Sanyo VPC-S750 CAMERA
I have a sanyo vpc-s750 and have had my computer rebuilt with windows vista due to it crashing. I lost all the software for the camera set up..can you please help me as i have lots of photos on my camera which i wish to upload onto the computer. I am going crazy, everything I try does not work.
