Question about Car Audio & Video
Hooked up new MTX 4501 Amp tonight and no out put under normal hook up.
Did get the sub to work when holding down the cross over button, but goes silent when releasing the button.
What could it be ?
Broken crossover switch or damaged circuit

It sounds like you have a defective switch or a broken solder connection. If the amp is new, return it for repair/replacement. Don't break the warranty seal if it has a warranty.
