My son kept turning the power button on and off ....Now it blinks and the tv won't power up..What is wrong

The bulb on my 56HM66 Toshiba DLP projection TV keeps blowing off and everytime I have to pay $250 to replace it. What would be the problem? the last time it did not work for 3months.

depend on how U use it and how long is recommended that after 4 hour es of use turn it of 5 to 10 minutes to let the lamp cool off no some laps use are between 7 to 9 thousand hour
