Question about Mitsubishi WS-55311 55" Rear Projection Television
Sorry I had my friend doing all the computer work while I was behind the TV.
What he ment to say was that when we use component there's a picture, but it's only using the blue bulb. The rest seem to be shining a bit but not putting off any images. Composite on the other hand works perfectly, full color, aligned and everything. I think the input board may have been messed up when we moved the TV, I've taken ti out once and will probably just replace it, there's really nothing else that could have been disturbed as far as I know; unless I can't see a connection from the back of the TV.
Before you replace a board, please double check or use different cables, make sure the cables are in the proper out/inputs, rgb to rgb. Try 'comp' 2. Composite vs component uses two different paths to produce a picture. Also, after taking tv's back off ensure that all boards are seated properly, since this happened after movement. CAUTION: make sure the unit is poweless, unplug tv. Let me know. Good luck....
