Samsung PCL541R vertical position is too low - partial

The adjustments are if present on this model in a hidden tech menu that is called up----with set on most of these sets with the original remote call the menu up with display 182 or 183---different buttons once in select items and cursors adjust them You might want to GOOGLE to see if you can find a service manual to guide you.

If you make it into tech menu use real care as easy to select and adjust incorrectly---most items in the menu will have a number showing the current setting to which it is a good idea to write down.

There will be a save or "Data" button also

I am going by memory here but have been in that menu before more than a few times.

How to hide my number in samsung e2121b

Hide or Display Your Number on Samsung GT-E2121B

1.Go to your menu and select Settings (round gear wheel thingy).
2.In the settings environment, select item no 6 - Application
3.In the Application environment, select item no 1 - Call
4.In the Call environment, select item no 1 - All Calls
5.In the All Calls environment, select item no 1 - Show my number
6.This gives you the following three radio button options:
i.By network
ii.Send
iii.Hide
Select iii. Hide, then exit to return to your phone interface. All calls will not display your mobile phone number to the recipient.

To reverse this and display your number in subsequent calls, repeat the whole process and at step #6, then select i. By Network. Your mobile phone number will now display to call recipients for all calls.

What's your problem?

First, make sure this isn't coming from your signal source; these items are not listed in any of the functions described in the manual for your monitor.
If disconnecting, changing or turning off your signal source doesn't get rid of the control item display, try resetting the monitor (maybe the display has some extra firmware features not in the documentation):
  1. Press the Menu button on the side of the monitor.
  2. From the On-Screen Display, navigate to the Setup&Reset menu using the arrow buttons, then press the Source/Select button.
  3. Navigate to "Reset" and select it.
This should restore everything to the factory default setting and get the TV/monitor out of whatever mode it's in.

My Sharp TV will only hear sound. No picture or images even from the tv menu setup option. Model# LC-19SB25U. About 1.5 yrs old. Converter box ok.

In most cases, you can reset the TV by leaving it unplugged for 30mins.
If this doesn't work, I believe the circuit board that supplies power to the screen maybe bad. They call this board a backlight inverter board. It would most likely cost more to repair than replace the TV .

Watching new two day old le37r87 and the screen just went black now does nothing but the soulnd still comes out of the Hi-fi

Does bulb come on? If not, I would take it back since only 2 days old. If it does, try unplugging for a few minutes and plugging back in to see if that solves problem. If not, you can check test patterns by getting into service mode to see if display is working. Not sure what code to get into service mode on your tv is, but I have a different model Samsung and I enter service mode by pressing "mute", "1", "8", "2", then "power" on the remote. If your samsung has same code, it will start up in service mode. Once in service mode, go to DDP1011, then Test Pattern. Go through the different patterns by pressing the right arrow key on remote. If they don't show up, you probably have bad DMD board. If they do show up, go back to main menu and select DNle then Test Pattern. If pattern does not show up, you have an analog board problem. If it does show up, go back to main menu and there should be an option in the menu tree to do a user reset, which will change everything to factory defaults and restart tv. Hope this helps. If not I would be taking it back since only 2 days old.
