Question about Canon PIXMA iP1600 Printer
I had the same problem. The message that came up for me asked to press the resume button. That button is the orange flashing button on the printer. You just need to hold it down until it starts printing. This will disable the ink level display. Hope this helps.

There should an "ink level" reset button some where is your printer's software which you can mostly access from the control panel. please note that some printers use cartridges that has a control chip, this type of printers requires you to only use original
