Question about SanDisk Sansa m240 MP3 Player
My m250 player freezes on the start up screen, so where can I send it to get a new one?
Try holding the power button down for at least 10 to 15 seconds. That should turn it off. Turn it back on. If this doesn't work, try taking the battery out for a few seconds. If that doesnt work i will recommend that you update the firmware on your device..
