We sell pumps for all commercial espresso machines. However there may be just a restriction in your water line to the machine.

Gaggia titanium - between cups of coffee, we leave the machine on. After only a few minutes, the machine makes a loud clicking noise, and then the noise speeds up. A very loud, clicking noise, very...

Hi, That loud noise is the pump, pumping without water running through it. Thats not good. Will do expensive damage to whole machine if let go. It needs flowing water to stay operating for a good life. Already sounds like an ECU board. It may only be trying to rinse itself, but is cloged, and cant get enough water into it. It needs to be looked at by a repairer. I can helpyou there if you live on the sunshine coast. Dazza

High oitch noise during wash

As motor bearings wear out, they can become quite loud when the motor runs. They wear out quickly if they frequently get wet, because the water washes away the motor bearing grease. Bearings can get wet if the spin seal is defective. Then there will also be water leaking onto the floor beneath the dishwasher. Replace the seal if it leaks (read about the main tub seal in the "It leaks" section, later). If, from beneath the dishwasher, you can see a round, plastic disc that's mounted to the top of the motor (a "slinger"), it may have broken free of the motor shaft. If so, it could be rattling around the shaft while the motor is running. If that's the problem, you need to replace the motor.
If the heater fan bearings are rusted or worn, they may squeal, or scrape loudly during the drying cycle. If this is the problem, replace the fan motor. Alternatively, the fan blade may be loose. If so, you need to replace it.

Loud clicking noise at spin cycle

It sounds like you have a motor coupling that has gone bad. Most of the Kenmore top loaders that I'm familiar with are direct drive machines. Which means, they use a motor coupling between the electric drive motor and transmission to run. If you are in the habit of doing heavy loads like comforters, blankets and jeans this can put a heavy burden on the motor coupler and wear it out faster. The coupler is designed to take the burden of the punishment in order to protect the transmission and drive motor and it is common for them to wear out. The coupler is fairly easy to replace and usually runs about $15. It is located inside the machine between the drive motor and transmission under the wash tub. You would have to remove the outside machine casing, the water pump and drive motor to get to it, though. Make sure the machine is unplugged before attempting any repairs involving removal of the drive motor. If you are not mechanically inclined, you may want to seek the aid of a repairman. I hope this helps.
