The downdraft fan is sticky and will not start on my Jenn Air cooktop. If I help it it eventually catches
Exhaust system will not run--cooktop installed today cooktop itself works but fan will not run---Why?

My fan also screeches and wails on start-up. It used to finally kick in, but no longer. I deduce it as a 'Dry Bearing' problem but need schematic to access and lubricate/replace.

Hi
I have all the diagrams for that model and will gladly send them to you all for free via email. Remenber that the fan will always get gresse and have to be clean, also keep the filter clean.
