Question about Adobe Computers & Internet
The process may be running in the background. To disable it, press Control+Shift+Escape. This will open the Task Manager. Switch to the "Processes" tab. There should be a process named "filemanager.exe". You need to click this, then say "End Process". Ignore the warning that appears, and press "Yes". Then try to install the update again. If that does not work, try restarting the computer, and then trying to update.
