Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
After changing the ink cartridges on my Lexmark ExecJet IIc printer/scanner/copier/fax machine, and put the top down, it came up with this error message. When I put the top back up, the printer head with the ink cartidges is stuck, does not move from the left hand side of the machine as you face it.
Can you help?

Hi gtiedith, sometimes the carridge just gets stuck. Leave the lid open. Power off the printer. Clean the carridge metal rod with a tissue. (Just a little wipe should do it. Than grab the carridge & slide it to the right about 2 inches. Close the lid & power on the printer. It should be just fine. Print a test page if you want to.
