If other dvd's play in the unit except for one, it sounds like you purchased a dvd that was delivered to the wrong section of the country or globe. Dvd's are recorded for regions or latitudinal sections of the globe and if you purchased one from ebay, many of the sellers buy dvds from other countries dirt cheap and resell here in the states. The problem is that most dvd players in this country will not play them because of the layering and recordings are slightly different on these dvd's. If no dvd will play in the unit, then your unit might be from a different region of the world. you may have to purchase a new unit. Attempt playing your dvd at a friends house and see if it is recognized first before you buy another unit. Might be imported junk or just mixed up in the global Wal-Mart. Good luck!!
