I cannot open the gallery in my phone.do i have to reformat my phone?

Please download the system tool software from below website

Install it to your phone memory(DONOT install in memory card)

Then open it, you will have a option called as Format phone.
Select that it wil ask for confirmation ,confirm it ,it will format you phone.
(Note: Remove memory car before formatting)

On a Series 60 based phone, two key sequences will allow to restore your phone to a cleaner state:
Normal Reset (*#7780#) : Restores ini files from rom but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)
Deep Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.

In both case, the phone will ask you a confirmation and you will have to enter a security code (12345 by default).

go to settings and change it turn off offline mode or once service it wirth ur dealer

the p[hone need to be reformatted try pressing and holding the green button, *, and the number 3 button while the off the press the on key while holding the 3 keys

it seems your mobile are corrupted by viruses or some problem to your moblie software.

i prefer to suggest you that bring your unit to a nearest service center fro reprogram or reformat.
