Hello,

The program that you downloaded is broken. This may be due to improper downloading (i.e. with a 56k modem over windows standard download). Please use mozilla firefox and download through it or download a Download manager. Furthermore, confirm that this program is actually intact and funtional by the uploader. If your internet speed is not that high (64 128) i would suggest you download the program without browsing or "just let it download without doing anything else".

Code Oxcooooo22

Even when I am using the administrator account I can not download updates
from the windows update site the yellow icon used to appear but no updates,
now no icon appears, these messages come up whenever I've tried to download
updates manually from the windows update site [Error number: 0x8DDD0002] or
something that goes like this OxOOOA46 and there is a link to where one gets
instructions on fixing it. I have done what was suggested which was to go to
tools internet explorer security and make sure user persistence user data was
enabled I've done all this to no avail. I've been told that I need to be an
administrator to download updates but anytime I've tried to download updates
I've been using an account with administrator privileges.

I've had problems accessing the internet for ages but it is only lately that
I can't download updates from the windows update site.

I keep getting these error messages when I switch on my computer using the
limited account. ccApap.exe - Application Error.
The application failed to initialise properly (OxcOOOOO22) click on ok to
terminate the application.

I click on ok and then another message comes up osCheck.exe - Application
Error
The application failed to initialise properly (OxcOOOOO22)click on ok to
terminate the program

Again I click on ok and another message comes up PIFSvc.exe - Application
Error
The application failed to initialise properly(OxcOOOOO22) Click on OK to
terminate the application.

I click on ok and windows loads as normal. I can access programs such as
works and windows media player but my anti virus (Norton Internet Security
2007) has disappeared but when I use the Administrator Account Norton seems
to be there and seems to work ok.

My computer is a year old and I have had to get it repaired a couple of
times but I don't want to spend any more on it as they can't seem to fix the
problem. I can do what I want so long as it is offline anything that
involves the internet I have problems with. The computer Operating System is
Windows xp Home Edition with service pack 2. I use Internet Explorer version
7.

Any ideas on why I have problems with the internet and what I can do to
solve them would be much appreciated.

None of those failing modules that you mention are from Microsoft.
I suspect that they may be from your security package(s).
Try enabling the Windows firewall only. Uninstall your other security packages
and then retry getting the updates.

BTW if you are only concerned with getting the updates but don't care how
you could also try using the Windows Update Catalog, download and install
manually from there.

Keep getting this error - agpr.exe has stopped working Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: agpr.exe Application Version: 0.0.0.0 Application...

This little critter is the problem

"agpr.exe"

If its a paid for program you can connect the supplier for help and advice about re-registering the program. If its a free program I recommend an uninstall using a free uninstall tool (Revo) and a re-installation

Close all other programs while uninstalling, downloading and uploading
Download Revo - double click on the Mindscape program - Then select the 'Advanced' mode - Revo will make a Restore Point and then uninstall using the Mindscape uninstall software.
It will then scan your C drive and Registry for all fragments and files that failed to uninstall.
Delete everything it finds
http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

Download 'ccleaner' and run it through a couple of times, using the factory settings and the 'Analyze' control to find the files and 'Run Cleaner' control until 0 bytes are seen to require cleaning
Run the 'Registry' from the left hand toolbar but 'Save' any changes before repairing

Re-start your computer

Reload your program

Download Yahoo Messenger from here.

Application error occuring to install or remove yahoo massenger?

You need the following OS to support Messenger
Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 / Vista / XP64 / Vista64 / Windows7
If that is not an issue read on.

The problem is probably due to a mal-function of the uninstall software. The Yahoo Messenger uninstall software is notorious for leaving files and fragments behind creating conflicts with the incoming software
Close all programs when uninstalling / downloading and uploading.
If you tried to uninstall the old Yahoo Messenger program from the Control Panel and failed to back it up with a visit to the 'C' drive, you may have old software conflicting with the incoming software trying to share the same folder.
If you have Vista the whole Messenger folder should have been removed during the uninstall.
Check
Start > Computer >> Local drive (C) >> Program Files >> Yahoo >> Messenger. - The Messenger folder should have been deleted and not seen. If the Messenger folder is still visible - delete it.

If you have a pre-Vista OS, the Messenger folder remains, and inside, only one sub-folder should be seen. This is the 'Profile' folder and contains all the message history. All other software should have been deleted.

Manually delete any other folders and files before moving on

Download 'ccleaner' and run it through a couple of times, using the factory settings and the 'Run Cleaner' control until 0 bytes are seen to be cleaned following a scan
Run the 'Registry' from the left hand toolbar but 'Save' any changes after opting to 'repair' errors.

Re-start your computer and download Yahoo Messenger from here.

For acer aspire 5535 when i open my set there r massage said at broker.exe applecation error the application failed to install propley(0xc0000142)click ok to teminate the application. when iclick ok said...

I can see that this is a problem with DLL initialisation. This error will occur due to an improper installation and uninstallation of some programs or device. Try reinstalling the files that are required for Windows to run properly, and this must be copied to the DLL Cache. To do this, open cmd by clicking start menu, click run and type cmd in the box.

After the cmd window appear, type in sfc /scannow and press enter. By doing this, the windows file protection application will appear and it will prompts you to insert your Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 CD now, if you are using xp service pack 2. Insert it to your cd or dvd rom, and just keep pressing retry. Note! this wil take some time, so be patient. When it has finished, restart your pc. After you have done this, you need to have a good pc utilities (http://www.ultimatepcutilities.url-go.com) in order maintain the health of your computer.

Geetting an Error : Rundll32.exe

RUNDLL32 is the Microsoft Windows program that loads DLLs into memory so
that they can be used by specific programs or by Windows. This behavior
could be associated with a programs not responding properly or is associated
with spyware programs and viruses. Anti-virus software and firewalls do not
fully protect your system against the majority of spyware and privacy
threats. Spyware is commonly bundled with software downloads, attached to
e-mails, or transmitted through networks so it can appear to be legitimate
software, but once installed it can be nearly impossible to detect and
remove without the help of a dedicated spyware removal tool such as:

Ad-Aware 6.0 (build 6.181)
http://www.lavasoftusa.com

SpyBot 1.3
http://www.safer-networking.org/

SpyWare Blaster
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html/

HiJackThis
http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html

Please make sure that you download the updates for each of these programs to
ensure complete detection of known spyware programs. Although nothing is
absolute in removing spyware and keeping it off, downloading and executing
the programs above can dramically decrease future infections.

Also please utilize free virus scans from the following sites:

Trend Micro
http://www.trend.com

Bit Defender
http://www.bitdefender.com

Panda
http://www.pandasoftware.com/

McAfee
http://www.vil.nai.com/vil/stinger

After Spyware / Adware is remove, you may get an error finding files on
reboot

After you use anyone of these programs (with the exception of HiJackThis)
you may receive an error of some sort after rebooting your system. This is
pretty common. Many spyware programs add themselves in the Startup location
and execute when Windows boots. If you recieve an error when rebooting after
removing spyware, do not panic. This is more than likely a startup remnant
trying to access the spyware program that is no longer on your computer.
HiJackThis is a great utility to find and remove these startup remnants.
However, there is a less technical way of removing these items:

(1) Click START to RUN and type: msconfig
(2) Select the STARTUP tab
(3) Uncheck the file that pertained to the startup error message you
received
(4) Click APPLY and OK
(5) Reboot your system

If this fails to fix the startup error message after reboot, there are still
options:

(1) Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup
(2) Delete the icon that pertained to the startup error message you received
(3) Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup
(4) Delete the icon that pertained to the startup error message you received
(5) Reboot your system
