Question about Cell Phones
Depending on which phone you have, there are several possible actions...
Most phone brands offer software to manage your phone, you could look on their website, most time you have to look for 'support' or 'downloads'. You will a need some sort of cable to connect the phone to your computer..
If the pics are stored on a memory card you can put the card in a card-reader, connected to your computer, then you can format the card.
Depending on your phone you can format your memory card from the software.
For Symbian S60 (and i think some other symbian-like software),
go to: Menu > Tools > Memory and select Format memorycard in the options menu.
