Question about Tomtom GO 700 GPS Receiver
I bought a new Tomtom GO 720 and it was working well for a week. When I was using it in LA, the signal was lost several times, and there was only a interrupted voice guidance coming. I thought it was due to insufficient charging. But the device was on charging with car charger that time. Whenever the device starts giving voice guidance, it got turned off. Finally after few hours, the device started showing proper navigation, but the voice guidance (text-to-speech) is completely not functioning now (absolutely no audio). Is there anyway I can fix the problem? or should I return the device. If possible enlighten me what would have happened to the device.
I reset the device and updated the software from TomTom Home. Now it is working good.
