my hoverLite rc helicopter main blad is broken, how can i fix it

main blades were broke, someone may have returned it that way
innovage kindly replaced the blades but i have no clue how to get the balance blade thing off, because the main blade belongs underneath
i almost broke it trying to get it off, it came put together already and there are no instructions in the package
i wonder if i can get this entire heliocopter replaced, this is too much work
