ok when i turn the damn thing on it goes to the menu with clean up format all reload firmware and reboot, i made it reload firmware to update it but it still isnt working and my computer doesnt want to aknowledge its existence.

im one step away from smashing this thing!

please help

-   Same Problem But I Deleted The Firmware In Recovery Mode And Now It Wont Reload It Is Recodnized By Computer But Only Has 20MB In Memory And I Downloaded The Firmwire But It Wont Recodnize The Player And Windows Media Player Wont Reconize It Eather-   juggalo Son
