Here is a link for Lexmark Support:
Enter your model number in the "Search by Model" box. Next page click "Download Driver", Next page select your operating system. Next page click "Download Now". Save it to your desktop or somewhere you know where to find it. After download find the file and run (doubleclick) it.

SOURCE: Epson printer DX4850
I've had the same trouble and found a solution but only by using google, as the epson website is COMPLETE **** and a nightmare for browsing.
The link below will show you where to obtain all drivers and software you need to set up the epson DX4850.
Just remember to select which operating system you're using (found on the left side of the screen) so you don't install the wrong version of drivers/software.
hope this helps anyone out.
