try flashing(update software) the phone. does not require phone to be on. go to sony ericsson home website, on the page youl find the link (update software) download it. open the file and follow the instructions,(you will need a a sony ericsson transfer cable) updating the software will delete things on your phone ,take out ur sim b4 doing this.
