I was advised by you to see what was on Outlook Express; and in so doing, I lost my
adviser.
Perhaps I should change my application to the
other one so I may talk to the advser.
Since I am getting no where with a solution to my e-mail account problem,please cancel
my request and the charge to my credit card.

The preview pane does not appear any more when messages are received by e-mail. Also
deleting is not as before. I have Outlook
Express. HELP!
