My printer will not fax all of my pages. It always hangs up on the last page regardless of the number sent. The receipients say they get all but the last page which comes out blank or black. The printer locks up showing send the last page.

- I am having the same problem with multiple page faxes not sending the last page. Obviously it must be a system error with the machine.

If it's only one page.. just place it on the glass face down.
When faxing muliple pages you must place them in the automatic document feeder located on top of the machine.
Place all originals print side up (up to 35 pages). A message will show up in the display letting you know original were loaded up properly. Let me know it this helps.
