Question about Dishwashers
The door switch, by door hinge, resets the timer for the next cycle. The door needs to stay open for about 8 seconds to complete the reset.
There is also a switch inside the door at the handle. This can cause a similar syptom. (The light cycles, but the unit won't start)
If the door switchs are working proper, you may need a new timer.
