Question about Audio Players & Recorders
This means that the unit can tell that a disc is present, but can not read it. Try opening up the top and cleaning the lens using a cotton swab and alcohol. Let us know if that resolves the problem.

I have a TENHNICS SL-300 COMPACT DICS CHANGER, THAT KEEP DISPLAYING THERE MESSAGE "ERROR" AND WILL NOT OPERATE TO PLAY A DICS. I HAE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION IN THE TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE, BUT THE SYSTEM WITH POWER UP BUT WILL NOT PLAY A DICS. AFTER POWEREING UP GET DIRECT TO THE MESSAGE "ERROR." I HAVE HELD DOWN THE STOP BUTTON FOR 4 SECOND SUGGESTED IN THE TROUBLESHOOTING GIDE BUT THE SYSTEM WILL STILL NOT WORK IT WILL JUST GO TO DSICS SLOT 2 - I HAVE CHECKED AND THIER IS NO DICS IN THIS SLOT OR IN THE BACK OF THE SYSTEM.
HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM???

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
