This usually is the result of corrupt firmware on the phone. If removing and replacing the battery does not reset the phone, then it needs to have its firmware re-flashed. Your mobile provider should be able to do this easily.

Touch screen has stopped working on ericsson 850i mobile phone

Visit Sony ericsson shop to change the touch screen. This phone is very sensitive and be careful of what you are using to touch the screen after replacement. Thanks

My sony ericsson k800i won't work it just flashes a white screen now and then what do i do

There are several cause for such problems, which are

1.Corrupted memory card. Try to remove your memory card and check if it works

2.Mobile OS infected by virus. Try to scan the mobile with any good mobile or PC anti-virus reinstall the OS

3.Electronic short circuit. If this is the real cause, then replace the worn-out hardware at the service centre.
