It depends on what MHZ your carrier uses...this mobile is a tri-band phone and not a quad band....so you need to know if it use 850 or 900mhz

Whenever i call someone or someone calls me my phone goes into sleep mode and no matter how many times i push the power button it will not come out of sleep mode. What is wrong?

Check the proximity sensors on the front of the phone, if they are dirty or covered by a screen protector or case, they may be malfunctioning and preventing the screen from coming back on. They look like small circular sensors, probably above the phone screen.

Hi dude,if you are using 2G network you cannot make a video call.Because video calling is not supported by 2G network. To make a video call your network must be 3G.Video calling is only suported by 3G and 4G like networks. So if you want to video call someone use a 3G network and try again.Hope this will help you.Thanks.

When i flip the phone open, on the main screen at the top it says "No access to net." Whenever i try to make a call the call doesn't go through and is back to the main screen. And when someone calls me,...

Have you tried shutting the phone off for about 10 seconds then turning it back on? My phone does this some times and it's just because I am out of range of a tower for the network. If this doesn't help, it could be a network problem and for that you would have to contact your network provider.

Network Problem

Go to motorola.com and download everything you need to upgrade your software. You will also need a MINI USB data cable for this. If that doesn't fix the problem your Antenna is going out and you will need to invest in a new one. At my store I only charge about 30 bucks to do this. But, I also know of another store really close to mine that charges 45 bucks to change the KEYPAD!!!
