Question about NetGear DG834G Router
Hi when i try to connect to the net it keeps coming up dns error i spoke to my broadband supplier and was told to contact you as they didnt supply this modem it had been working fine for months but it just wont connect it keeps saying dns error i first set up the router on xp but ive now up graded to laptop with windows vista but like i say its been working fine untill my broadband supplier had to reset some chip there end i was also using your wg111v2 adaptor
The DNS failing is because of your Broadband provider. When you purchased their internet, they were supposed to supply you with a modem. If they arent helping you with this, they are scamming you of your money and you need to go with a new provider. The DNS has nothing to do with what you do or what you can do. (Nothing you will do will controll this except for contacting an internet service provider.)
