There have been ongoing problems with that grill and it's drip pan. At one time Fiesta was furnishing the part at no charge. Don't know if they still are or not. However, you can purchase one directly from Fiesta by calling their Customer Service Dept 800-396-3838. Have the model number and serial number of your grill handy, when you call.

Yes, I believe you still can (if your serial number matches the recall units) and you were not properly notified either by the retailer you purchased it from or the manufacturer. Fiesta did have a recall of their Blue Ember grills in 2008. However, you will need to not only have your Model #, you will also need the Serial number of your grill to make sure it was included in the recall.

Once you have the Serial Number, go to the follwing website to see if the Serial Number of your grill was included. There's a long list.

I'm wondering why you have not receive a free greese pan for your model. My guess is you are not aware that your model FG50069 is one from the list of RECALLED Fiesta Blue Ember products by the government due to safety and hazard issue.

You can get it the greese pan for free due to recall issue. Just call the Blue Ember's phone is 1-800-396-3838
and they will send it right away.

I hope you didn't get one yet, because Blue Ember is sending out replacement grease pans out to all who purchased because of defects. I just got mine yesterday. Call customer support.
