Bad print with repeated text on fax or copies

Not being able to receive documents from fax

Make a copy and shut the power off or open a door when the paper is 1/2 way into the machine. You are just basically going to have to try to time it. When you hear paper being fed into your machine (the blank paper from the tray) count about 3-5 seconds and then open a door on the machine or shut the power off. IF you have timed it correctly, the paper should be 1/4 - 1/2 way through the machine. Remove the jammed paper **** But be careful..... The toner is NOT FUSED at this point so it will rub off if you brush it up against your clothes or hands. If the image is doubled at this point.. then its the drum unit. If the image is good at this point, then it is probably your fuser.
