Samsung sdc230
i have a samsung scd230 and when i turn it on ( on cam) i dont see anything but black and all lines in white but i dont see any images sometimes if i let it on for a while it will comes back to normal but a few days later the sames problems happen, my cam is about 3 to 4 years olds but i just took it a few times ,one wedding and a few other times it's still in a new condition , i dont know
what to do with that if you can help me please do so

Your CCD is dead. i have met this problem. Your visor and tft screen work if you play a miniDV in your sdc230. In fact, no input image from your CCD.

here is the part. Remove only two screws, closest to the lense, and pull the optical **** cover strait up. There you will find a big black thing with a couple brown flat cables on it. Now you have to remove the front cover. Remove the screw on the bottom and then the one next to the lcd. It should slide strait out the front easy. Dont force it.
Pull the camera strait out. It should pop out quickly. Now you have a black box with a green computer chip board thing on the back. THAT IS YOUR CCD. Hurray! Remove the two black screws and gently remove the brown cable by flipping that flappy thing.
