Question about Microsoft Zune JS8-00001 Digital Media Player
Yes I have a 30gb zune, i've deleted everything off of my zune, but it's still stating that 29gb are used. It say's that the space is reserved by another computer. Is there a way that I can free that space reserved by another computer
I'm afraid not, because the zune or any other mp3 player has an operating system which it plays music, if you were to format it would have 30, but DO NOT FORMAT, because if you do, chances are you will lose everything and have to install the operating system for it or send it in to get repaired. I just thought I would let you know that the 1 GB is used for the operating sytem (files, folders, core components)
Hope this helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
