IdeaPad Y530-5243U 15.4" Laptop PC Notebook: My Lenovo ideapad Y530 fails to turn on with batte...

My Lenovo ideapad Y530 fails to turn on with battery power from time to time when it is fully charged or 85% or . Charged. At these times it will turn on when plugged in. If you unplug it as soon as you plug it in at these times the laptop will turn off. Can you tell me why I am Having intermittent problems with my laptop turning on on battery power when charged?

Ideapad turns on but doesnt boot up

One problem that will cause this, and that is easy to check, is to look at the USB ports on the side of the laptop, and make sure they are not damaged or shorted out (with no pins touching each other). This will cause Lenovo laptops to fail the bootup.

Lenovo ideapad 2010 model wont turn on.

check the battery life please
tray to take out the battery and check weather the laptop can turn on or off
if on that mean the battery should be replace

Hi

Unfortunaltey you have liquid in the mouse pad area, unfortunatley there is no quick fix.

The laptop will need to be booked into a reputable PC shop for repair

You can call Lenovo Tech support dept. and ask them to check if your system is still in warranty for depot repair so that you'll be sent it to the depot via Fedex free of cost

My laptop won't turn on.

Hold down the power button for 10 or 15 seconds until it shuts down.Wait 15 seconds, and turn it on again.

Have you installed the Lenovo EnergyCut drivers? Without it, laptop may not work properly and turns extra hot. Try letting it cool down before you try again.
