You cannot use them to sing youtube songs the same way. Youtube hasn''t got the required software to recognize your singing and to recognize the required. If you wish to try the mics on other software then singstar you could try http://ultrastardx.sourceforge.net/ on your pc or other sing games on the ps3 as rockband.

We've had the issue since PS3 purchase. I read on another forum today about having plugged the PS3 in the same power extension block as the TV causing the issue. Though this was not the cause of our buzzing on the PS3, it lead me to the fiind the cause of my buzzing noise problem . The issue is caused by use of Power over mains ethernet adapters, in my case these are used to connect my BT Vision unit to the internet. As soon as the unit makes a data connection to it's master unit, the humming starts! We are just going to have to power the nearest adapter off when we wish to make use of the MICs on the PS3!

You have to make sure that your queen disc is in and the songs you download should appear amongst the queen songs. Sometimes it takes awhile to download the songs and you may have to restart them. you won't be charged another time for this. you should be able to click on them and see the progress

If you are it should have an updatepending when you put the game in. Not at the play game screen but in your preff ( going to double check that )

Probably your controller. your controller might be bugged or one of the buttons stuck. Just check with another controller. Some games react differently to buttons being jammed. Singstar is the worst made game on Playstation. ( In my opinion :) ) If that doesn't work. You may have to turn off the x axis mod to your controller, its the thing thaty makes you tilt the controller to activate something's (I hope that made sense)

regional ps3's differ in programing, so you cannont download anything unless you buy a new ps3 from you current region

i dont think the sing along with disney is the same.
if you got singstar 1 it would work
and also what size is your ps3?

if ya in Uk then the HK game will be an imported game or your ps2 will read it as an import , to fix this you could chip ya ps2 but that would default ya warrenty so best advice buy a UK version for the ps2

depends on which version of singstar, check on the ps3/ps2 compatibility site just in case.
