How do I determine which Fossil Model I hav...

Square Stainless Steel digital with for settings upper left side light/set, bottom left Mode, upper right Start/Spilt and bottom right Reset /Stop. I have not been able to figure out how to set the day and time. Having trouble finding directions for this watch.

This may sound obvious, but if you haven't tried it, look for markings on the back of the watch.
